The property comprises lounge, dining/snug (wood burner), kitchen, bathroom with shower and 3 double bedrooms (one with ensuite and additional single bed). Rear external secure dry store suitable for bicycles and canoes. (All reception rooms including main bathroom are on ground floor – bedrooms are on first floor.)
Fully furnished including two 40” smart TVs, wireless hifi, oil central heating, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, bed linen and reasonable use of electricity.
Disabled access is limited to ambulant access to the ground floor.
